WayMark Production, LLC, wrapped up its feature-length documentary on the topic of breast cancer screening and has, along with its distributor Cinema Libre Studio, set a release date of October 6, 2020. The film, “bOObs: The War on Women’s Breasts,” will be WayMark’s first film and distributed internationally. “We hope this documentary sheds new light on the highly controversial test of mammography,” said WayMark director and producer Megan S. Smith, M.S., “and that it gets patients, doctors, and the medical community talking about the pros and cons of this screening tool - something that is long overdue.”
